This project supports IPS-Inter Press Service in Montevideo, Uruguay to increase the quality and quantity of journalistic coverage of infrastructure and energy issues in South America. This project will pay particular attention to exploring the role that Brazil is playing in large-scale investments in transport and power generation infrastructure across the region. IPS-Inter Press Service, a global news agency operating in over 100 countries, has been working in Latin America for four decades and has a network of journalists reporting from every country in the region.
