The Transatlantic Community Foundation Network is a learning community launched in 1999 that facilitates, nurtures, and encourages community foundation development across North America and Europe. Community Foundations of Canada, a national membership association, has managed the network since 2009. The network will conclude its programs in 2011 while its platform, relationships, and knowledge base will be transferred to the Global Fund for Community Foundations. This grant increase will support the transfer of all information and knowledge resources that have been developed since 1999 to the Global Fund for Community Foundations' Web site to ensure their continued availability to the community foundation field worldwide.
