The Third World Network Berhad was established in 1987 as an international network of organizations and individuals involved in research and policy analysis of global issues and their impact on developing countries. Over the last grant period, they were able to provide key policy analyses that assisted developing country negotiators and civil society. Through this grant, the grantee will contribute to the development of policies that assist poor developing countries address climate change, in particular the development of national climate action plans. The grantee will also provide important capacity-building activities for developing country nongovernmental organizations as well as country negotiators working on the international climate agreement.
